Orange MPP pipes
Product Detail:
MPP non excavation power pipe is a power cable protection pipe made of modified polypropylene, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and external pressure resistance. It is mainly suitable for cable laying projects of high-voltage transmission lines above 10KV. This pipe is divided into two types: ordinary type and reinforced type. The ordinary type is suitable for construction scenarios with a burial depth of less than 4 meters, while the reinforced type is specifically designed for non excavation crossing projects with a burial depth exceeding 4 meters. Compared with traditional excavation construction methods, it does not require large-scale destruction of surface structures and can be effectively applied to pipeline laying in special areas such as roads, railways, and riverbeds
Materials and Characteristics
Made from modified polypropylene (MPP) as the main raw material
- Excellent high temperature resistance, able to adapt to temperature changes during cable operation
- High external pressure resistance and effective protection of internal cables
- Low fluid resistance, convenient for pipeline threading construction
According to engineering requirements, it can be divided into two types:
·Ordinary type: suitable for projects with a burial depth of less than 4 meters, including excavation and non excavation construction scenarios
·Reinforced type: specially designed for heavy-duty projects with a burial depth greater than 4 meters, divided into three construction types: MPP top pipe, MPP support pipe, and MPP traction pipe
Compared with the traditional method of digging trenches and burying pipes, it has significant advantages:
·Avoid large-scale surface excavation and reduce the impact on road traffic
·Suitable for pipeline construction in sensitive areas such as historic sites, highways, riverbeds, etc
·MPP non excavation power pipes do not require extensive dredging, excavation, or road damage, eliminating construction dust pollution and meeting modern environmental protection requirements
Mainly applied to infrastructure construction in the following fields:Mainly applied to infrastructure construction in the following fields:
